Usage

The Usage section in Alex provides insights into how your organization is utilizing the platform. This dashboard helps you track resource consumption, monitor limits, and optimize your subscription based on actual usage patterns.

Accessing Usage Analytics

To access the Usage analytics:

1. Log in to your Alex account
2. Click on the company dropdown in the top-left corner
3. Select Organization Settings
4. Navigate to the Usage tab

Monitoring Usage Metrics

The Usage dashboard provides comprehensive metrics on your platform utilization:

Time Period Filtering

You can view your usage data across different time periods:

• Daily: Track day-to-day usage patterns
• Weekly: Analyze usage trends over weeks
• Monthly: Get a broader view of monthly consumption
• Custom Date Range: Select specific start and end dates to analyze usage during particular periods

To change the time period:

1. Locate the time filter dropdown at the top of the Usage dashboard
2. Select your preferred time period (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
3. For custom ranges, click "Custom" and select your desired start and end dates
4. The dashboard will automatically update to reflect the selected time period
