Leads

Leads are potential customers or clients who have shown interest in your product or service but haven't yet committed to a purchase. The Leads section in Alex helps you track, organize, and nurture these prospects through your sales pipeline.

Accessing the Leads Section

To access the Leads section:

  1. Log in to your Alex account
  2. Click on Leads in the main navigation menu
  3. View your leads dashboard with an overview of all your contacts

Visualizing and Finding Leads

  • View all your leads in a comprehensive list format
  • Search for specific leads by name, email address, or company
  • Apply filters to narrow down leads by:
    • Company
    • Status
    • Lifecycle stage
    • Country
    • Any custom field you've created

You can expand your lead database in several ways:
