Leads
Leads are potential customers or clients who have shown interest in your product or service but haven't yet committed to a purchase. The Leads section in Alex helps you track, organize, and nurture these prospects through your sales pipeline.
Accessing the Leads Section
To access the Leads section:
- Log in to your Alex account
- Click on Leads in the main navigation menu
- View your leads dashboard with an overview of all your contacts

Visualizing and Finding Leads
- View all your leads in a comprehensive list format
- Search for specific leads by name, email address, or company
- Apply filters to narrow down leads by:
- Company

Adding New Leads
