Unibox is Alex's unified communication center, bringing together all your conversations across different channels in one place. It helps you manage emails, chat messages, and other communications with leads and customers efficiently.

Accessing Unibox

To access Unibox:

  1. Log in to your Alex account
  2. Click on Unibox in the main navigation menu
  3. View your unified inbox with all conversations

Key Features

Email Management

  • Search Functionality: Quickly find specific email threads using keywords, sender names, or dates
  • Direct Replies: Respond to emails directly within the thread without switching platforms
  • Organization Tools:
    • Archive or unarchive conversations to keep your inbox clean
    • Mark messages as read or unread for better tracking
    • Delete unwanted threads to reduce clutter

Enhanced Communication

  • Template Library: Access and use pre-saved email templates for consistent and efficient responses
  • Lead Connection: Easily connect new inbound email conversations to existing leads in your database

Working with Unibox

Managing Conversations

  1. Select any conversation to view the complete thread history
  2. Use the action buttons at the top of each thread to:
    • Reply to the sender
    • Archive the conversation
    • Mark as read/unread
    • Delete the thread

Using Templates

  1. When composing a reply, click the "Templates" button
  2. Select from your saved templates
  3. Customize the template content as needed
  4. Send your personalized response

Connecting Emails to Leads

  1. For new inbound emails, click "Connect to Lead"
  2. Search for an existing lead or create a new one
  3. Once connected, all future communications will be linked to the lead's profile
