Dashboard
The Dashboard is your central hub in Alex, primarily focused on providing comprehensive monitoring of core metrics for all agents in your team. It gives you a quick overview of key performance indicators, activities, and metrics that help you track how your AI agents are performing.
Accessing the Dashboard
To access your Dashboard:
- Log in to your Alex account
- The Dashboard is the default landing page
- You can return to it anytime by clicking Dashboard in the main navigation menu
Dashboard Overview
The Alex Dashboard offers a comprehensive view of your AI agent performance and outreach metrics:
- Message Metrics: Track key outreach KPIs including created messages, sent messages, replies received, and opportunities generated
- Conversion Analytics: Visual graphs showing performance trends with percentage breakdowns (sent/created, replies/sent, opportunities/replies)
- Agent Status: Monitor how many AI agents are currently active in your system
- Lead Progress: Consolidated view of all leads' progress across all your agents
- Date Filtering: Easily adjust the time period for all dashboard metrics to analyze performance over custom date ranges
