Tasks in Alex help you organize your work, track activities, and ensure that important follow-ups don't fall through the cracks. The Tasks section provides a centralized place to manage all your sales-related activities, whether they're manual tasks or automated by AI agents.

Accessing the Tasks Section

To access the Tasks section:

  1. Log in to your Alex account
  2. Click on Tasks in the main navigation menu
  3. View your task dashboard with an overview of all pending and completed activities

Managing Your Tasks

The Tasks section offers powerful tools to help you stay organized and productive:

Visualizing and Finding Tasks

  • View all your tasks in a comprehensive list format
  • Search for specific tasks by task name or lead name
  • Apply filters to narrow down tasks by:
    • Priority level
    • Overdue status
    • Completion status

Task Management

  • Add New Tasks: Create new tasks with details like due date, priority, and associated lead
  • Complete Tasks: Mark tasks as done when you've finished them
  • Edit Tasks: Modify task details as needed
  • Delete Tasks: Remove tasks that are no longer relevant
