The Accounts section in Alex helps you manage your email accounts. It provides a centralized dashboard to connect, monitor, and control your Gmail accounts, ensuring optimal email deliverability and performance for your outreach campaigns.

Accessing the Accounts Section

To access the Accounts section:

1. Log in to your Alex account
2. Click on Accounts in the main navigation menu
3. View your accounts dashboard with all connected email accounts

Adding Gmail Accounts

Connect your Gmail accounts securely:

1. Click the "Add Account" button
2. Select "Gmail" as your account type
3. Complete the OAuth authentication process
4. Grant necessary permissions to Alex

Monitoring Account Health

For each connected account, you can monitor:

• Daily Capacity: Track how many emails you can send per day
• Account Status: See if your account is active, paused, or experiencing issues
• Health Score: View the overall health rating of your email account
• Performance Metrics: Monitor delivery rates, open rates, and other key indicators

Email Warmup Management

Control the email warmup process for each account:

1. Toggle the warmup feature on/off for individual accounts
2. Set warmup intensity and progression
3. View warmup history and progress
4. Receive recommendations for optimal warmup settings
