Billing
The Billing section in Alex allows you to manage your subscription, payment methods, and invoices. This central hub provides tools to control your account's financial aspects and ensure uninterrupted access to Alex's features.
Accessing Billing Settings
To access the Billing settings:
- Log in to your Alex account
- Click on the company dropdown in the top-left corner
- Select Organization Settings
- Navigate to the Billing tab
Managing Your Subscription
In the Billing section, you can manage various aspects of your subscription:
Subscription Plan
- View your current subscription plan details
- Change your plan (coming soon)
- See your billing cycle and renewal dates
Additional Resources
- Purchase additional messages for your account
- View your current message allocation and usage
Payment Management
Payment Methods
- Add, edit, or remove payment methods
- Update credit card information
- Set a default payment method for automatic billing
Invoice History
The Invoice History section provides a comprehensive view of your billing history:
Viewing Invoices
- See a chronological list of all past invoices
- View payment status and transaction details
- Search for specific invoices by date, amount, or invoice number
Invoice Actions
- Filter invoices by type (subscription, additional messages, etc.)
- Download invoices as PDF files for your records
- Print invoices directly from the platform
