Team
The Team section in Alex allows you to manage your team members, assign roles and permissions, and organize your sales organization. This central hub helps you maintain an effective team structure for optimal collaboration and performance.
Accessing Team Management
To access the Team management section:
- Log in to your Alex account
- Click on the company dropdown in the top-left corner
- Select Organization Settings
- Navigate to the Team tab
Managing Team Members
In the Team Members tab, you can:
Invite New Team Members
- Click the "Invite Team Member" button
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- Select their role (Owner, Admin, or Member)
- Send the invitation
Manage Existing Team Members
- Assign Roles: Change a team member's role between Owner, Admin, and Member to control their access level
- Edit Member Details: Update information for existing team members
- Remove Members: Delete team members who are no longer part of your organization
Managing Invitations
In the Invitations tab, you can:
Monitor Pending Invitations
- View all outstanding invitations and their status
- See when invitations were sent and to whom
Manage Invitation Actions
- Copy Invitation Link: Share invitation links directly with team members
- Delete Invitations: Cancel pending invitations that are no longer needed
