Organization

The Organization section in Alex allows you to manage your company profile, structure, and settings. This central hub helps you maintain accurate information about your business and configure organization-wide preferences.

Accessing Organization Settings

To access the Organization settings:

  1. Log in to your Alex account
  2. Click on the company dropdown in the top-left corner
  3. Select Organization Settings
  4. View your organization dashboard

Customizing Your Organization

You can update the following organization details:

  • Organization Name: Change your company's name as it appears throughout the platform
  • Website: Update your company's website URL
  • Logo: Upload or change your company logo for branding purposes
  • Timezone: Set the appropriate timezone for your organization to ensure accurate scheduling

To update these settings:

  1. Navigate to the Organization settings page
  2. Make your desired changes
  3. Click "Save" to apply the updates
