  • Sending volume management
  • Engagement-based sending optimization

We guide you through proper setup to protect your domain reputation.

How does email warmup work?

Alex's email warmup process:

  1. Gradually increases sending volume from new accounts
  2. Creates natural engagement patterns through our warmup network
  3. Monitors deliverability metrics in real-time
  4. Automatically adjusts warmup intensity based on results
  5. Moves emails from spam to inbox when detected there
  6. Provides detailed warmup analytics
  7. Continues maintenance warmup after initial period

This process typically takes 3-4 weeks for optimal results.

How many emails can I send through Alex?

Email volume depends on your:

  • Subscription plan
  • Number of connected email accounts
  • Email provider limitations
  • Warmup status and sender reputation
  • Domain age and history

Most customers can safely send 30-50 emails per day per warmed email account while maintaining good deliverability.

I want to schedule when my emails go out. Is that possible?

Alex automatically schedules emails based on the most optimal time to send emails to your prospect based on their time zone!

While you can't schedule emails yourself, Alex will schedule them at random intervals to bypass spam filters and replicate authentic human behavior.

Note: Alex doesn't schedule emails to be sent out during nighttime, weekends and public holidays. It always takes into consideration the prospect's time zone.
