HubSpot Import

Connecting Alex with HubSpot allows you to seamlessly import your existing contacts directly from your HubSpot CRM. HubSpot Import Process

Follow these steps to import leads from HubSpot:

Step 1: Access Leads Section

Click on the Leads section in the sidebar menu, then click on the "Add Leads" button.

Click on the "Connect HubSpot" button. This will require you to authenticate with your HubSpot account if you haven't done so previously.

Step 3: Connect HubSpot Integration

If you haven't connected HubSpot yet, you'll be taken to the Integration section. Click on the Connect button in the HubSpot card.

Step 4: HubSpot Authentication

You'll be prompted with the HubSpot login screen. Follow the authentication steps.

Step 5: Select HubSpot Account

Choose the HubSpot account you want to connect to Alex.

Step 6: Verify Connection

Double-check that the OAuth connection was successful.

Step 7: Return to Leads Section

Go back to the Leads section in the sidebar menu, then click on the "Add Leads" button again.

Step 8: Access HubSpot Import

Now you will see the "Import from HubSpot" button ready to use.

Step 9: Select Leads to Import

Select the specific contacts you want to import from HubSpot.

Step 10: Complete Import

That's it! Default HubSpot fields are imported automatically. You can only customize the mapping between custom fields you've created in HubSpot and custom fields in Alex. If you need custom fields to map, create them first in Profile > Settings > Custom Fields.
